Integrity Channel

The Company has communication channels that receive complaints from employees and third parties, who may remain anonymous. Such complaints are dealt with in a confidential manner. This channel reinforces the culture of transparency and protection of whistleblowers acting in good faith.

The reporting channel is operated by a specialized company, which screens the reports and then sends them to the Company’s Ethics Committee for investigation and deliberation.

The Company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct determines that those who report their concerns in good faith will be treated in a fair and respectful manner by the Company. The Company will not tolerate any form of retaliation against such individuals – as long as they are not involved in the violation – and undertakes to protect their identity. Any and all retaliation shall be punished.
